Cured Meat and First Courses
In a newly renovated and stylishly designed 50 seats restaurant, you can enjoy authentic Tuscan-Emilian cuisine made with quality ingredients, following traditional recipes.
From Emilian cured meat with tigelle to first dishes like tagliatelle, tortellini, and lasagna, from Tuscan platter with bruschetta to pici and ribollita, just to give you a sample.
An Excellent selection of meat dishes
An important part is played by meat, as is proper for good Apennine cuisine. We select the best local farmers who guarantee both the animal welfare and the healthiness of the product. Our grilled specialties (T-bone steak, rib-eye steak, Tomahawk, grilled Tuscan sausage or rosticciana) join more elaborate and succulent offerings like veal cheek stew, fillet with pepper or Gorgonzola, and wild boar with black olive.
Side dishes are vegetables and greens from the garden, selected for their tenderness and freshness from farmers who grow non-intensive, chemical fertilizer-free crops.
